1. Introduction

Welcome to StoreFlow ("the App," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using StoreFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Services Provided

StoreFlow is a store management platform that provides task management, staff scheduling, inventory management, messaging, and related tools. StoreFlow is provided on a subscription basis and may be updated or enhanced at our discretion.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Share, resell, or transfer your account without our consent.
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.

4. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information during sign-up.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed through Stripe or another approved payment provider.
  • Fees may change with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel anytime.
  • Refunds are not provided unless required by law.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

StoreFlow provides tools to assist with store management. We do not guarantee compliance with labor, tax, or inventory laws. It is the responsibility of store owners and managers to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreFlow and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions, arising from the use or inability to use the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
